I have given all 3 a try....

The stick is good for the temple area. I needed my glasses on to make sure I didn't get it on my skin. So it was glasses on, glasses off to check I did it well.

Powder is a fantastic match but I used a makeup brush for awesome results, the sponge they provide stinks. I would buy this again.

The spray is fast and easy. The powder gives more detailed results. The spray is a bit stiff, but great in a hurry! I will continue to buy the spray and powder duo.

My only minus is sometimes I put my glasses on my head - and when they return to my eyes - they give me brown nose marks! Overall, it extends my color jobs for a few weeks and that is a confidence booster as I am fighting the grey hair!

FYI I have straight, brown hair, parted in the middle. None of the products make my scalp look stained or painted or greasy making it the best brand I have tried.
